ok so i always hear when you are going from a bulk to a cut you should lose slow. why is this? Can someone explain whether its just in general considered to be more healthy or if it actually effects skin rebound?

i dont understand wut this skin rebound is can some1 explain it to me
well i lost 175lbs hes losing 50 lol that would pretty much put us in different skin categories
Yeah but was yours was extreme loss, completely different IMO.
my point exactly i had to lose so much i was gonna have loose skin no matter how fast i lost it. wondering if it actually matters how fast he loses it since his is no where near as extreme
hes 28 diet is awesome trains hard and heavy going from 20%-10% and hes healthy so i personally think he SHOULD be able to lose fast and not have to worry but again.. i dunno. his skin looks fine after losing 36lbs which took maybe 8 weeks so i would assume it would continue... the advice he was given is 2-3lbs of fat a week but that isnt fast hehe
