What would anyone recommend to gain mass but loose fat at the same time. I'm 5'7 165 with a small spare tire. Want to loose the tire but gain muscle.
 
its is all about trainging and diet manipulation..no steroids right now...no one should do ass until they know how to train and eat right...I bet you can acheive what you want naturally given you need a tweak on your training and diet....so tell us what is your diet and training regimen
 
I agree with BK a high protien, low fat diet. Carbs should be from whole grains and veggies only.
 
OK I work a 12hr swing shift 4nights on , 3days off , 3days on , 1day off, 3nights on, 3days off, 4days on and then 7 days off. So as you see my system is all skrewed up, but i try to train every day i can. Chest & arms ,shoulders & back ,then legs in a 3day rotation. Try to work abs everyday.I try to eat everything i can and take a few supplements like protien shakes and testosterone. Should i keep speeding money on supplements or just eat more? Thanks for the imfo.

What do you mean by testosterone?
 
Does'nt testosterone help pack on muscle? MHP T-Bomb is what i take.

That's one of those super hyped products that only lighten the wallet. did you find that in one of the muscle rags? If it sounds too good to be true guess what? like the guys here are saying take your approach down to basics and work from there. There's a lot to learn and learn how they will work for you. You won't know till you try. The most anabolic compound you can use right now and all the way thru is food. Mix that in with proper training then get creative. The worst thing you can do is read those rags. Look at how many ads are in them. even the articles refer to some product they're pushing. These boys here can give you more info in one day than those rags will in one year.
 
What type of test will my cycle show up on? Does that include pre employment health screening? drug Urinalasis?
i seen apost with some long times i hope thats not for blood test

I never heard of steroids ever being tested for on pre employment health screening. Most often only athletes are tested for roids.

It may have some benefit, but a cheaper method is just buying l-arginine as it provides the same effect.

I must disagree, I WAS tested for EVERYTHING, inc steroids.
If a company is spending thousands to relocate you, it's possible (not highly likely but still possible) that they might tsest for AAS.
