Warlord benching 500lbs for 19 reps. We all know McMahon is the master of tricks, and fake plates are resources a guy like him can get access to. The plates SOUND real, however, who's to say maybe it's only really like 315 of real weight, along with 2 other fake plates on each side? I dunno - seems kinda hard to believe if real. I know when I lived in VA, alot of these guys would come by the gym and were strong as a mofo. But 500 for 19 - c'mon! Buf, based on how much the bar bends and everything else you see, what's your take?

Looks fake especially cause it's Vince McMahon n wrestling based

He took it off the rack like it was 135. There wasn't any strain for hesitation. His muscles didn't even look fully flexed during the reps.

I call 100% bullshit

My opinion is just that, an opinion. It's hard to believe but if you're benching 7-800 lbs yeah it's possible. When I'm on point, diet, drugs, etc I can hit 475 for 10 reps on some sets while my max is 575, 577.5 to be precise.
So while it's hard to wrap my head around, I believe it's defiantly possible.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. However all I'm saying is that this video didn't demonstrate what taking 500 lbs off a rack would like and what muscles would be doing to push it when you weigh what 270?

Just watched the video. It was 535 plus collars. I can't put my finger on it but something didn't seem right about it. The bar didn't seem to bend right or something. But he's a huge dude so his hands were at the ends of the bar which would eliminate most of the bar bend.
If it was real he threw that weight around like it was nothing.
All that said, I think it was real. Incredible but real.

Absolutely player. His muscled didn't seem to strain a bit.

Sounded real but after unracking and seeing the reps there was a lot less weight on there no doubt. Possible for people to do but this is not the case.

I call BS, bar doesn't bend right and his muscles are not straining like they should with that weight... and his nips are puffy so he's on creatine too ;)
