It's called super pak by beverly nutrition. IA recommended it so I figured i'd give it a try. Will try to keep you guys updated on how I feel about this product

I want to ask a question. It's something I've often wondered. What makes a "good" multivit? I mean, what's the difference between them? I compare what they contain in the amounts of certain vitamins/minerals, etc....what else do I need to know? I would hate to spend a shitload of money on some of these vitamins when there is no need. And how do you know "effective" it is? Are you supposed to feel any differently? Unless you were severely deficient in something, would you notice any difference?

I'm not trying to knock these products, or anyone that uses them, I just want to know!! I use a regular old multivit and take extrra calcium and Vit C. Am I missing out?

one huge thing is how well they dissolve in your body, some cheap shit vit's like centrum, almost completely pass thru you. you need to do a test to see how good your vitamins are, stick you vitamin in a ziplock bag with a little vinegar. and seal it up, carry it around or even put it in your pocket, it should be dissolved with 25-30 minutes if not, it is JUNK. the vinegar is sorta like the stomach acids. Try the test it works

Also you want NATURAL vitamins and minerals in your multi, some of the companies get cheap and add synthetic vitamins and minerals. No good :(

well I swear i'm recovering faster than normal and i've only been taking them for like a week

you should try it bro what do you have to lose?? and yo know it's good stuff b/c hell even IA uses it

I just dont know how the hell to tell if a multi vit is "working". I know about placing it in vinegar but I heard it should dissolve SLOWLY within HOURS of being placed in it, so your body digests it slowly, having a supposed "time-released" effect...?? Im not sayin I know that is true, that is just what I have heard so Im unsure.

Here is what you do. Set them by your cpu. That way they are looking right at you when you are online. I do this and take supps all throughout the day this way. it works great

Will have to give it a shot, I'm sure I'll eventually run out of room with all the supps though lol

I used them for a while, but they're an expensive vit pack. The problem is that a lot of vitamins need to be taken several times a day. I think you could get a cheaper multi vit, and spend the rest on other vitamins that need to be spread out.

I have recently switched to using 100% whole food based multivitamins/minerals..so far I think I like better than the synthetic ones I have used...

A few brands that produce 100% whole food multi's are:
Garden of Life

New Chapter Organics

and the ones I am now using are made by MegaFood...

I spent days comparing them all & by far the MegaFood ones contain the highest overall amounts of vitamins/minerals/enzymes & foods.

WOW! Thanks for the tip I"m def going to try this.

I absolutely LOVE the Beverly Super Pak! I use it when I'm dieting for shows and I've never been sick on it. I actually feel better when taking it. I know I should take it year round, but It's tough to justify a $1 per day multi when your spending money on protein powder, bcaa, glut, creat, chelated minerals - but then again it IS the foundation of any supp protocol. I usually use a 1 or 2 a day and take it 2-3 times.

Another multi I really like is the Vitamin Shoppe 3 Daily Multi Vitamin. I usually take it w/ their 3 Daily Multi Mineral. Great combo.
