Resistence Bands

none of them come with handles or anything i just see bands by themselves ?

I got some good ones at dicks sporting goods. I bought two handles that will hold up to 3 bands each(they have three slots for the bands to fit into) of any size or resistance. I bought every resistance they had from 10lbs to 100lbs(they come colored and of course different thicknesses as the resistance goes up) and I use them when I go on vacation and the hotel don't have a good weight room.

Thats what I did before

From the looks of things ill be be getting the thing from walmart, i dont know if there like an "advanced" version or something like that ive been looking and havent found anything

These are the bands I got, they are called resistance tubes.

If you scroll down you will see the black and red handles with the 3 slots in them for the bands and then alittle farther down you will see all the different colored resistance tubes you can buy.
