Has anyone had this condition before ? If so how did you build your muscle back ?

Nandi/Karl Hoffman had the condition and wrote about, it, he died years ago of a heart attack, but as he was very well known his articles should exist somewhere/

I just looked it up. That doesn’t sound good brother. What causes it?
