RIP Seamus Warrington

i dont know if any1 on here knew Seamus Warrington aka Big Bapper at PM. He died friday night at the hospital at age 32. he had a massive heart attack. whats scary is he was very health conscious. He has a little girl Jessica and a fiance Michelle. my thoughts and prayers go out to them and everyone who cared for him. This man was an OUTSTANDING guy and always helping out with asking nothing in return. he was an amazing bodybuilder such a great physique. you will be missed big man. RIP Brother!

Im not saying recreational drugs arent the cause of most deaths but everytime a bodybuilder dies there is one common denominator..

i think the fat burning drugs are whats doing it to a lot of bros.. he used synthol to and he died from a blood clot.. who knows what is was from
