I wouldn't call you fat IMO just because you aren't shredded, but your biceps and triceps look to be overpowering everything else?

yea shouldve done alittle pushups be4 that pic to get the chest a little inflated..lol

the problem with me is that since i have that fast metabolism my body tends to drop weight quick and i lose my pump if i dont hit the gym in even just a week..i lose that fullness...but its crazy ill drop the weight but yet when i get back in it i just gain it so quick, so its got its pros n cons. i was weighing 172 there..my biggest was 190 and my average was about 188

Not terrible. But on the smaller side.... Back ur azz back in the gym baby! :)

It looks like you can build some lean muscle fast though.

Nice! i like your girls bikini!!

your pics weren't nearly as big as mine! So now I finally get to see what the ripped sorta looks like, minus the black. Keep up bro, I was out 4 months and felt like I completely lost everything!!!! I know my bench has probably went down about 100+ pounds. Just get back in there and train double time

Pump goes away in a couple hours brother, to maintain size you just have to get in those calories. I can lose a couple pounds in a day easily, unfortunately. We all have a weight that is hard for us to maintain over or under, you miss one meal a day thats not that big of a deal. Maybe you lose a pound or two (water) from one meal depending how big your meals are. But when that becomes every day for a week or two pounds start falling off. Its a little difficult for me to maintain over 255 with my work schedule being how it is. I worked friday twice, got off saturday at 3:30 AM, then woke up 6 hours later to put in another 7 hours emergency work, so sleep and food start getting difficult. In the long run, for those who really want it they find a way.

I'm at a bit of a sticking point because I am not as hardcore as some others, look at Markus Ruhl who started out small just like so many others, but he was willing to find a way. I have never weighed more than 268 because eating semi-clean, on a routine basis gets difficult with my type of job and everything else I do on the side. All you have to do is make things a routine and be consistent, consistently missing meals along the way is what costs you everything. The gym is a tiny, tiny part of the picture.

Don't get me wrong Ripped you look better than the majority of people out there! Give yourself credit! :) I know how it is though when you can't devote a lot of time into your training and you want more size. You'll get it baby... 5 lbs already impressive!

I highly doubt it honestly, working out in the gym doesn't bring weight, food does. I can gain or lose weight as I please pretty much, its all work in the kitchen.

I might be able to arrange that, I make a nice spanish rice that I got to liking... but then I started getting dirty and adding cheese too and that probably can't be a good habit to get started on lol... :ance:

For some reason I like that dancing cloud/marshmellow dude.

I was talking to a cop a few days ago that used to carry chicken breast in a baggie in his vest for when he was stuck on long calls.

Thank god for muscle - memory. I'm hoping mine remembers something. That's one good thing about being jacked up at one point - It's the hardest to get to that point the first time. Once you were there, then the second time shouldn't take half as long. Let me know how the training goes. We'll inspire on-another once I can get back to the gym fulltime and not have a bum shoulder. If I can do it, you can do it brother

Hey Ripped i was out of the gym early summer for about 3 months, and i looked like a shitbag, and i got sick of it. It only took about 4 weeks of eating right and training hard to look good again. And now 10 weeks later I put on almost 10 lbs and am stronger than ever. Just give it time man!
