We all have them and I don't mean just for the gym

I kiss my kids goodnight every night when they are sleeping and whisper to them "I'm in the other room if you need me"

Let's hear them
 
My daily rituals

I get up, drink a grapefruit juice, take my iron supplement, have a shower, get ready for work. I hit the gym during my lunch break and head for the animal shelter in the afternoon.

Boring isn't it?
 
dont seem like a ritual. but I have to place my towel, where my head lays....
 
I have to many to list, I hate when some matter upsets my daily routine.
 
First three texts every morning are to my ol lady and 2 daughters
 
I get diarhea every time I get ready to go to the gym to do squats. Is that a ritual?
 
Every night before bed I kiss the ol lady and the dog on the forehead prior to going to sleep .
Every morning prior to leaving the house I kiss the ol lady and the dog on the forehead .
Life is short and we never know when it will be the end so therefore I ensure daily I let those who I care for know im there and care for them .

Morning ritual is ,
3:30am wake up and eat and shower
4:45am Gym
6:30am Work

3:15pm Nap till 4:15pm

4:30-6pm tinker in shop

6:00 eat

8:30 pm Bedtime and kiss the dog and my Ol Lady

Repeat same shit tomorrow because I am a creature of habit and need a routine for my sanity
 
I do have one ritual BT has reminded me of. Every time I leave or my wife leaves we kiss and tell each other I love you. That way if something were to happen to either of us the last thing said to us by the other was I love you.

No that's fucking beautiful and about made me fucking cry! And I'm being serious
 
I feed my dogs then eat as soon as i wake up everyday. I cant sleep unless I pray with my wife every night.
 
I honestly don't have any now. Use to when I was a bad guy lol
I git up when I want and do what I want all day. Like I'm retired...

I can give you a ritual from 1565, 1965, or 1982...and anywhere in between.

How bout an easy one? I'm like Buff...I kiss my wife and baby goodnight everynight and everytime we leave before work or just leave in general.....so as he said...if its the last time...
Daughter says..."Daddy, Huggy and Kissy!"
 
I have a little OCD so when I wake up I brush my teeth then make food/shake, get my lunch ready, prep my work trailer for the day and do my text reminders to the customers (for the day or tomorrow) then head out to work. Given my situation I dont kiss the wife, ex whatever she is goodbye but I do kiss the little guy goodbye.

Nothing wrong with that.. I started that when my dad died. I can't remember him ever telling me he loved me even though he was my closest friend.. So I tell my kids, my gf everything I can. That and I pray over every meal.. I don't go to church, but I do believe and I'm thankful for everything I have...
 
having severe OCD AND an addictive personality i do have tons of rituals lol.everything form tying my boots to showering seems like a ritual to me...
