Well back in the gym after two months of addressing more serious concerns. I've lost about 12 pounds in those two months, but muscle memory should kick in and I expect to grow rapidly the next few weeks, following my diet and programme from before.

I took tonight very light, and I will do the same for the rest of my first week, until my energy levels come back up and such. Not going for numbers here.

Current weight: 167

HACK SQUATS (I hit the quads on this better than the Smith, I decided). Plate weight only.

a lot of times i dont feel well i find if i force myself to go i feel better after i am done
