I did a little stretching after getting home from the gym today. My back has been hurting a little so I broke out the hard foam roller. I rolled from my neck to my lower back and it feels great now. It is a 6" and I do legs front and back with it too.

What is everyone's experience with a roller? Any suggestions on other areas to use it?
