I got the new Markus Ruhl DVD - good God is that dude jacked!
His girlfriend Simon is unfreaking real also - I'll tell you when he trains his biceps it is almost hard to believe there is not synthol in them - they just aint human at all!
The only downer was some of the remarks are in German without the English translation - like when they are shopping and out running errands - and I think it would have been more fun to know what he was saying. The training and diet part was all translated though
