So 27 months ago I ruptured my pec tendon where it's not connected to the shoulder anymore and goes pec-bicep only...I'm limited to only inclined movements mostly and machines...mychest still gets sore but I'm seeing some growth difference now between left and right pec...its noticeable when not flexed and standing myleft pec is a little lower at the bottom of the good pec vs right and definitely more mass and fullness in left pec pec overall...I'm training HIT hernons routine 3 day split once a week each...
what should I add to help right catchup with left?
