Really awesome reviews of some of the latest research on food, feedback mechanisms for hunger.................
I will see what I can find from it and post it here.
There is one interesting thing that I will summarise:
Our bodies have a tendency to homeostasis....in particular with a 'set weight'. There have been a number of studies in humans and animals that we will return to our 'set weight' or what our body is used to.
I read somewhere else that you can 're-set' this, but you will need to maintain the weight you want to be for at least a year.
