Mine is in tribute to the fat and laziness of one of my friend's mother and sisters. They went on a diet called the 'british heart foundation diet', it involved starving for three days, followed by gorging for four days, but in the starvation days they could eat as many tuc biscuits as they liked (which are little cheesy things). Needless to say they are now even fatter and have to be wheeled round in wheelbarrows.
 
FKITLETSGO- b/c its fufilling and refreshing to act off of instictive and sudden spontaneous inhibitions. Just as did Henry David Thoreau in his classis "Walden" or Emerson in "Nature". Your not alive unless your living and your not living if your confined and constrained by the technologies and impending luxeries of modern day. Your job...your car....your fancy meals....your 4300 sq ft home....all of these things become our conforment and we slave ourselves to adhere to specific needs determined by what we "dont need". Yes they were living in a dream land but the fact of the matter is if you take a step back and meditate on the grandeur scheme of things you can experience some sort of enlightenment; "if you will"
 
so usually when i have a good idea and people are like "yea that would be cool if we drove to florida for the weekend"; then i say "F&CK IT LETS GO"
 
Lets see if I can do this without incriminating myself. Its kinda a tribute to my rough and bumpy past. If you can just open your minds for a sec........"rail"............"runner"........let me just add one clue..."nose".
Ok, that should be enough!

For the record, kids and a loving wife truly are miracles in themselves!!

actually anyone can do what Mark did, when you "Quote" someone, you can change it to whatever you'd like as in that other person had done it.

Despite the "Jay" my name is not Jason, It's Jeremy....I'm part of a frat (Sigma Tau Gamma) and that's the nickname they picked for me....But it's supposed to be "BigJ"
 
I had always been a huge fan of Flex Wheeler. His crew is called Team Flex so thats what I used for awhile.. I shortend it to T-Flex now.. The ladies call me sexy flexy though.. lol :p
