Im Bone.... I ve been around on different boards for a couple years now and I will proabably recognize some of you. For those I dont know, its a pleasure to meet you. My Old friend John Benz pointed this site out for me. Its looking good so far and hopefully we can all make it grow together.... Keep an eye out for me cause ill be around lol

Bone is too modest. He's an advanced bodybuilder and was one of the first people I met when I got on the boards. Bone has been a mod with me on several boards and is very knowledgeable, preferring "hands-on-experience" to the scientific study. Bone is good personal friends with Canadian IFBB pro Pat Skailes and his wife Dolly, who goes by the name "QueenofDamned," and is an asset wherever he posts.
