Intersting that in the latest MD mag Arnold is interviewed and he was complaining about the big distended bellies of the current breed of body builders. He stated that some of them look 9 months pregnant. He is pushing for a more physique oriented look in bb'ing.
The MD interviewer recommended making the vacuum a mandatory pose like double biceps or most muscular, etc.
