How many lbs of bodywt do you think you might drop to get to competition phase from the bulk phase? Does it depend ultimately on your bodyfat percentage about a month or so out from competition? How many weeks is good to spend cutting prior to competition date? I've never competed b4 so excuse my lack of knowledge. BTW, you are looking very massive already.
