Leg ext. 5 sets of 20-10
Hack Squats 6 sets 15-6
Leg Press 6 sets 15-6
Squats 5 sets 12-4
Lying Leg curls 5sets 15-8
Stiff Leg Deads 4sets 12
Standing leg curls 4 sets 12-8
Seated Calves 6sets 20-8

Try this, it will kick your ass, if it doesn't you didn't have enough intensity and didn't go heavy enough. I did this this past tuesday and I can barely walk today. Oh yeah, make sure you get all this done in 1hr 15mins. Don't try to do this every week, maybe once a month or so.
 
Last week i did 10 sets of squats with 2 warmups and dropped everything else. THATS an ass kicker.
 
thats a lot of sets - I could see where you would not want to do it more than once a month or even every other month
