10 mL vials of testosterone cypionate seem to be in short supply or back-ordered, meaning patients may be offered 1 mL vials instead, which are more expensive. Seems there have been some voluntary recalls and quality issues affecting certain lots of testosterone cypionate injectable products. I have a large supply of the 1ml vials I keep getting from CVS and I hate dealing with them.

Eugia US LLC / Eugia Specialties Limited - Crystallization in the vial that did not properly dissolve after warming/shaking — indicating potential quality and cGMP issues.
Empower Pharmacy - due to a lack of assurance of sterility.
Pharm D Solutions, LLC - due to a potential lack of sterility assurance across their sterile products.
APS Pharmacy / Drug Depot, LLC (doing business as APS Pharmacy) - due to a lack of assurance of sterility.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (Sun Pharma) - Manufacturing deviations or crystal/impurity concerns. Abundance of caution due to potential contamination risks.

I have had Sun Pharma products recalled on more than one occasion. I trust any UG lab more than this Indian piece of garbage lab. Three of them are compounding. Ugia is a pharma lab. No excuse for this type of shoddy manufacturing. I was going to switch to Empower but after seeing this I will stay with Walmart's Ximared brand.

Yes but Eugia has fixed that issue a while ago. I’m seeing a slight come back with this company. But we are not receiving the amounts we were seeing monthly. We are now only receiving bi- monthly stocks of Eugia

Hikma testosterone supplies have been limited in New Jersey. They were looking to pick up the slack of Eugia. But the monthly stock of both brands has been cut to 1/4 to our suppliers.

These labs honestly know when the FDA is going to make inspections. How do they ignore serious issues like this and not fix them beforehand. We absolutely have to trrust these companies we use as this shit is injected. No excuse for a pharmaceutical lab to be so careless. As I said, most UG labs do a better job. The stuff I get now comes from Ximared and while they are a new company they seem to be taking care of business. Sun Pharma had shit actually floating around in the vials. I toook a 10ml vial back to CVS and showed them and wanted a refund. In 0ver 45 years of doing testosterone, mostly UG I have never seen anything like this.
