I have 4 different ones I have been using here is one. I keep the reps higher than normal on this one.
Front: Seated Military Presses 3sets 8-10reps
Dumbell Front Raises 3 Sets 10-12reps
Side: Dumbell side laterals 3 Sets 8-10 reps
Lying dumbel side laterals 3sets 10-12 reps
Rear: Dumbell rear lat 3 Sets 8-10 reps
Cable Rear lat 3 Sets 10-12
