Dumbell Laterals (One arm at a time)
Barbell Press
Reverse Pec Fly
Cable Laterals (One arm at a time)


Some times I do shrugs with shoulders, other times I do them with back.
 
I have 4 different ones I have been using here is one. I keep the reps higher than normal on this one.

Front: Seated Military Presses 3sets 8-10reps
Dumbell Front Raises 3 Sets 10-12reps

Side: Dumbell side laterals 3 Sets 8-10 reps
Lying dumbel side laterals 3sets 10-12 reps

Rear: Dumbell rear lat 3 Sets 8-10 reps
Cable Rear lat 3 Sets 10-12
 
Seated DB presses 6-8 sets
Cybex shoulder press 6-8 sets
seated DB laterals 4-6 sets
Reverse DB flyes on an incline 4-6 sets
