Shoulder Workout

butterfly machine x 5, low reps
super set with upright rows

next military x 5 low reps
super set with forward 45lb plate raises

then rear delts, two exercise, one supersetting the other, low reps
 
DB presses 4 sets 12-10-8-6
Side lats 4 sets 12-10-8-6
Reverse pec dec 4 sets 12-10-8-6
Front lats 2 sets 12,12

Traps are trained with shoulders

HS shrugs 5 sets 12-10-8-6-4
DB shrugs 4 sets 12-10-8-6

I would like to go lower reps on the shrugs but the hs machine can only fit so many plates and my gym dbs only go so high. I am going to switch DB shrugs for HS shrugs and put barbell shrugs first so i can go heavier.
 
Smith Machine Presses
Arnold Presses
Side Laterals
Reverse Pec Fly

Sets and reps vary each workout depending on how I feel that day.
 
What do you like about arnie presses? I find they work the side lats as well and you get a deep burn from 'em

front db raises
delt fly
lat raises

I do traps on back day
