I think I'm gonna have to take a break from ALL chest & shoulder work for a couple few months to let it heal some (hopefully). When I lift my arms out to the side, front or overhead it sounds like rattling gravel. :wallbash:

I was thinking the other day when's the last time I took a break - anything over 5 days off - from the iron, and it's been over 5 years. This shit of banging 110% every workout has caught up to me. Guess it would prolly help if I implemented deload/periodization times, but I never have. That's just not me - ever since I started pumping iron 39 years ago, it's always been the mentality of go hard as you can.

Ok, rant over. Anyone have any success with any peptides in healing fucked shoulders? I had a friend long ago that swears GH healed his shit 100%, but GH is outta my league. Holla thanks.

Im on prescription semorrilin and I know there are better ones out there but I been on almost three months and I swear my knees feel better. Im still working out as hard but no pain in the morning and going up and down steps. Doc prescribed just to see if it would help with the knee issues. I asked for hgh but he wouldn't prescribe that damnit. This is also the longest run I have had in a couple years not being on gear so the heavy lifting may have contributed to some of that pain and the gear itself too . Im going to see if the doc will kick in ghrp-2 on my next visit. Its covered by my insurance so not expensive. Cant say that's it definitively but don't want to come off of it. I cant remember what the better version of semorilin is but it starts with a c.

I used TB500 and my shoulder is good to go. It has been an unbelievable improvement. I started at 500 with little effect but when I jumped up to 1000 the improvements came. I finished up using 1500 (think expensive) but worth it. If you consider how much is administered to horses I have to believe a high dose is required to work. My shoulder is currently feeling better than it did pre injury. I haven't used Hgh at all this go round so I can only attribute the improvement to TB500. I swear it even improved an old distal bicep tear.

I'm on the better one. It's sermorelin gt. theanine, sermorelin and ghrp2. Funny that your joints feel better, because mine actually hurt more some days, and I'm pretty sure it's the gh secretagogues. Although I don't have to be so tight knit with my diet on it. Seem to stay lean without having to really do too much for it. So that's a win just for that alone.

Dph, I also heard bpc 157 is supposed to help heal injuries. Alflutop also is supposed to fix arthritis. I'd look into that. Let us know what you use, I've been interested by all 3 of these.

There was a time when heavy was King; multi-joint, power, and excessive poundage exercises meant mass, so that's what I did. Range of motion suffered and bursitis set in. Got so bad I could barely raise my hands above my ears. Had constant pain and neck was sore, I stepped back and looked carefully at my exercises. Seemed I only did what served my ego then did a reversal. Realized the shoulders are the Keystone of upper body development, that they were both pushing AND pulling muscles, were intricate, and in the full picture (thighs, lats, chest, shoulders, and arms) they were relatively small. Then I asked myself, "How can less be more?" And "What exercises have I omitted because I thought they were insignificant? Being a volume affictionado I gave up on 65lb d-bell laterals and switched to 9x9 one armed cable laterals from the low cable with 35lbs, (facing 45 degrees away from low pulley, pulling from left foot to upper outer right extension, followed by opposite with left, then still in the facing 45 degree left side, grasp handle with right hand at right side low pulley and pull diagonally across body from right foot to upper left shoulder). I used to complete this superset for 10 rotations (4 positions) non-stop for 10 reps each, completing 400 reps non-stop and my shoulder pain went away. Answer this, what small supportive work have you done for your shoulders with low weight volume?

Man I'm sold on the tb500. Done a little research. Like to hear yalls dosage rates and protocols. Any website sponsors carry it. Want to support those guys.

So the improvement is permanent? Not like it just felt better when you was running it and pain returned when you stopped?

I haven't used it in probably 5 weeks. I am benching and doing shoulder work. Mind you, I am not cranking up 400lbs. I am staying well under 300, but I couldn't bench at all not long ago and although my arm with the bicep tear is weaker the pain is completely gone.
