Since Im on all this good stuff I have been reaching my goals, getting stronger and getting bigger.
Had in my mind a goal weight of either 240lbs or 250.
Started at 191lbs. As I hit 220 sleep apnea started to hit. Was in the 220's for a while and the apnea seemed to go away as if my body adjusted.
Now that I hit 230 and today 235 its hit me pretty hard.
Ive had this before and got the machine and mask getup that didn't work so I just dropped the weight and it left.
So, who out there has dealt with this and can I reasonably hope that if I just hang at 235-240 this apnea will go away if my body adjusts. Or do I need to bite the bullet and dump 10 or so lbs.
Pisses me off cause I want to be huge!
