Slept for 12 hrs last night

Man I felt so tired as of lately and I always seem to catch a cold when spring hits so went to bed early 5pm -5am felt great waking up and had so much energy well worth it ! Gonna hit the gym right after this post ,later ! :rive:
 
Your body needed the rest. Let us know how you feel after the gym. sometimes that can set you back other times no affect
 
I didnt have much strength as usual , wierd ? I guess I didnt keep up with my eating schedule yesterday and was hungry as hell when I woke up this morning ,dont know but I thought it should of been the other way around .When I take quick 30-60 min naps before heading to the gym I do have more strength .But it seemed like my body needed that rest though was feeling like a zombie = slow
 
A couple months back after missing a lot of sleep during the week, I racked up 29 hours between 2 days. I really like my sleep, 8 hours a night please!

In high school I was always 9-10 hours a night, or else I'd be tired. I dont think I sleep as deep as most, nor do I fall asleep quickly. Melatonin is so awesome, I survive with it.
 
man i remember those days........now im lucky to get 7 hours....
