Dry roasted nuts

La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat low Carb tortilla's. I eat them with everything, sooooooo good.
 
you have to be careful with nuts though, especially if your cutting. Make sure you measure them out, Don't just sit down with a can of almonds or peanuts and start eating or you will easily eat way more than what you intend to.

I'd vote for protein shakes, beef jerkey, small amounts of fruit, cottage cheese
 
My two favs are protein bars or a bowl of Special K Vanilla and Almonds with soy milk.

Almonds are great but like G4E said you have to be careful and make sure you don't overeat. I'll eat almonds but only middle of the day while Im still active and I'm careful about how much I eat. Stay away from salted stuff too, you don't need the extra sodium.

Good rule for ALL snacking, measure it out and DO NOT sit down in front of the tube with an unlimited amount of ANYTHING, you'll always overeat.

I LOVE these! I used to eat these all the time, but I have to cut out wheat products for my cut. These are the only wheat products I eat, so it's bye bye for the next 2 months.

Healthy snacks: Tuna, string cheese, glenny's soy crisps, beef jerky, soy jerky, protein bars, GG bran crisps, Peanut Butter, almonds/nuts, piece of cooked chicken tenderloin.
 
apple and pb butter
banana and pb butter
cottage cheese or yogurt and cantaloupe,mango, watermelon (any fruit)
jerkey(watch sodium)
string cheese
 
Peanut butter
Almonds
Jerky


I personally like almonds because you can carry some in your pocket as a "just in case" snack
