Here's my day today
4am wake up
Cardio 410 til 455
Take shower, drink shake and head to work by 530
45min drive to work, workday starts at 630am and I get off at 4pm, I work a 9/80 so every other Friday off but not tommorow..LOL
Home at 445
Get ready for gym, drop my daughter off at cheer practice on the way. to gym from 530 til bout 645.
My wife left for work at 6pm so I am solo.
Get home about 7, eat, feed my son and prepare meals for tommorow. Do homework with my son then at 8 go pick up my daughter from cheer. Get home, get stuff ready for work, read with my son and hopefully I will be in bed at 930. Repeat tommorow...
 
Nice schedule D, especially like the support you give your kids. Staying involve with your daughter's activities and reading to your son, you are a good man and have earned my new-found respect!
 
man i thought i had it rough wake up at 12 chill for a couple hours go to work finish at 1030 go to gym come home chill for a couple hours go to bed lol yeah so i sleep for 10 hours a day is that a crime lol.... mad props sounds like u got ur priorties together too bad u dont really get to see your wife
 
But you didn't eat at work! No wonder you look small in your avatar! Haha. I'm up at 3:55am. Home at 8:30pm most days too. No kids though. You've got it tough man. Keep it up!
 
My day is similar ,
3:30am up ,eating then shower
4:45-6:00am Gym Time
6:30am-2:30pm Work
3:30pm Naptime till 4:15pm ,kids get home from school and chaos
5:00pm Suppa time
6-8pm ---Kicking the dog ,yelling at kids, argueing with Ol lady ,and playing on AE
Shower and to bed at 8:30PM no exceptions
Repeat this Boreing ass day everyday untill all kids get out of the house .

noon-1:30pm - drink coffee, play on computer more & get mind in gym-mode
1:30pm-3pm - workout
3pm-4pm - shower, eat

7:30pm-8:30pm - eat
8:30pm-9:30pm - watch more tv
9:30pm-11:30pm - play on computer
11:30pm - crash & get motivated to do it all again tomorrow

Very tough, I don't want to go to work for 8hrs a day and take care of kids, you are a strong guy for sure.

4:00 feed dog get ready for work
5:00 start work till 4:00pm
Drive home help take care of dog training
5:00 shower
6:00 eat w/ family
then the rest of the time I hang w/ family & chill.
 
I have no routine of any kind. No 2 days are the same. Even DPH has a routine. Geeesh.

LOL, Sounds like we have the same schedule.. Except I get up between 03:00 and 04:00 cook breakfast for the wife at 5 ,take her to work at 7, get Daughter feed,dressed and on the bus at 8, hang out go get wife at 15:00, cook supper, then back to computer one last time before I hammer the wife between 18 & 19:00 and start over again at 03:00..

The good old days, up until I got this job about 2 1/2 years show I was a straight up househusband, though I kept a few clients I would still train. I had one older millionare guy pay me $300 a week just to work out with me. I was getting paid $1200 a month just to workout..LOL
 
im with ya man. work 12's, 7 kids (5 at home, one in germany in the army and the other in college) bout to start a 3 month runs of straight 7/12's and still trying to hit the gym, cook, bath, even sometimes have enough time for a little sleep. feels at times like your in a sprint all day long. just picked up supervisor so will actually be a 13 hour+ workday now
 
I don't know how you guys coordinate working out in the morning.
What, you get dressed, change to gym attire, shower, bring workclothes to change in? Hell, how big is your gym bags?
Do you go back home to eat or what??
I couldn't go to the gym in the morning and return home before work, too much, so how do you get breakfast?
Just curious. This could fit my schedule but the whole morning logistics thing is holding me back, well, that and only sleeping 3 hours a night.
 
well, my working out in the morning is actually 4 in the evening. wake up to a 6 egg sandwhich that my glorious wife has ready for me. go lift then straight to work (fuck the dudes i work with, they just gotta smell me!) eat again as soon as i get there and so on and so on. now when my schedule dictates and i actually work days (3-4 months of the year) my entire schedule goes to absolute shit. no way in hell i could go before work because i am so accustomed to nights usually cant get to sleep to 1-3 am then up at 5. carry 3 days worth of food with me to work so thats a not an issue. love nights for the simple fact that it makes a lot more sense to me to go lift then stuff your face for 16 hours straight to fuel the growth then go to bed right after than go lift, drink a shake or eat clean protein with no carbs then go to bed and fast for 8 hours when your body needs the nutrients the most. dont really know if there is any true logic behind this, just seems right to me. hate nights but when bulking they are gods gift to simplicity in scheduling. up and eat at 4, eat at shifht change at 7 breaks at 10, 1 and 4 then at 7 again and if not dead to the world by 9- another meal. working days im damn lucky to get in 4 meals

Man, here in Cairo we sleep at 3am and start our day at 11am.

So given the time difference, we are on the same schedule :D
