I drink a lot of diet coke.. a lot. Thinking of cutting it from my diet. Once I started recognizing how I felt each day, I realized I'm making myself feel bad by consuming so much. Headaches, irritable, not motivated at the gym, etc. I logged how I felt each day vs how much I drank. Clearly a correlation. I also realized that my trouble sleeping is probably due to this. I've been drinking coke all my life and I was convinced it had no effect on me.
I'm quitting it pretty much cold turkey, I may have a can now and then but that's it.
Anyone else quit soda, what were your reasons?
