Ok I posted before I had ulcerative colitis and got some good feedback on it. I have it under control as far as symptons go and my bowel movements are good now. The only problem I have is stomach pain and I mean pain this stuff hurts. My Dr. will not give me anything for the pain but some spasm meds that dont work. All he wants to quiz me about is roids. I think he thinks I just want meds and that im some druggie. Im going to swich Doctors this week and see someone else. I have been taking what pain meds I had left over from my liver surgery to make it through some of the days. For anyone on here that has UC or know someone that does what worked for the pain. Like I said my bowel movements are fine but my stomach hurts like a bitch.

OTC meds will not help me either bro. I dont need them everyday usually only 2-3 times a week but when I do need them I need them bad. Did your new Dr help you?

It was Homeopathic. Sounds almost to crazy to believe. BUT someone we know, a doctor who was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize back in the 80's, has developed a way of oxygenating water over the 16th.

We have personally seen cancer patients healed, an Aids patient made free of HIV and others. He took away ALL of my sons stomach pains and we are going back for another treatment next weekend.

IF this goes well, and it is a BIG IF, we will open a rejuvenation center here in NC for people to benefit from the process. I know it sounds crazy, but I am speaking from personal things I have seen.

blending water with stevia imo

If i have an illness who knows i might.. id go but if the dude looks like this wetback im outta there

If you have any more info or about the clinics let me know I would try it. I appreciate the help. So does your son have UC also or someting else?

Sorry but it's sounds to crazy for me to believe.

Fred, the pain is most probably coming from too much acid so you have to keep that in check. You can either use a PPI to cut down on the acid produced (ranitidine, omeperazole, cimetidine), an anti-acid to neutralise the acid (pepto bismol, rennies, basically any chalky tablet with an alkaline pH) or eat foods to a) not aggravate the stomach (bland, low fat, non-spicy etc) or b) soak up the acid (pitta bread),
As far as pain meds go, codeine based analgesics have an effect on the digestive system by causing constipation, constipated patients will produce less stomach acid as they usually have a lower appetite.
Having said all that, I think you need to be tested for H. Pylori, this could be what's causing the UC in the first place. If you test +ve, a triple therapy of omeperazole (PPI) and two antibiotics (usually amoxycillin & metronidazole) will get rid of this.
