Took some pix today after kickin' the iron...in the shorts. Hand was shaky from being pumped, so not so clear. Took a couple more tonight and used the timer - in undies :p ...more clear but too dark. Fuck it, they'll have to do.lol :p I've gained 20lbs back since here in Philippines - just been hittin' it hard and of course muscle memory kickin'. Been OFF now for over a year - damn wish I had some goodies here so I could get back up to 275. :wallbash: :D

We're slowly gettin' back to our homeostasis bdwt of the past 20 years. If muscle memory can give me another 10-12 lbs I'll be good. :)

You look great Hank. Built like a tank! I felt like a powerhouse at 6' and 235. I am down to around 208 now and not near as strong but I have more energy and less fatigue after a hard day. ;)

Thx bro. It's illegal here. Shit, if it was legal here like in Thailand, my ass would be about 275 right now and jacked haha. No way I would even risk it here - thoughts about the NatGeo show "Locked Up Abroad" come to mind. :eek:

shit, i always get those two confused. I have a member and my board who everyone hates (he lives in Thailand) cuz he is always showing us pics of his pharm grade shit he gets walking to the corner drug store. lol

I've been blessed with good genetics to put on muscle rather easily bro. I didn't come to the darkside until age 39, but I'd been accused of juicing ever since I was 17, which I always took as a compliment. :)
 
looking good u even look a bit leaner then when u were at 275 sooo at least it wasnt like u lost all muscle or soemthing

That's cool. My dad is 51 and convinced hes getting too old. He thinks his time has almost run out training-wise. I've shown him Serge Nubret several times, and a few other 60's-70 year old bodybuilders. I'll have to show him you and your story as well. You're a good example of hard work laughing in the face of age. Its amazing what the body can do, really. You're not very old, but folks these days are "over the hill" at 30. lol
