That's cool. My dad is 51 and convinced hes getting too old. He thinks his time has almost run out training-wise. I've shown him Serge Nubret several times, and a few other 60's-70 year old bodybuilders. I'll have to show him you and your story as well. You're a good example of hard work laughing in the face of age. Its amazing what the body can do, really. You're not very old, but folks these days are "over the hill" at 30. lol

Tell your ol' man that he's still a spring chicken. :D It's all in the mind dude. I still feel 28, and train hard as I ever have. I'm sure one thing that makes it easy for me is my love for the iron - I don't feel like its work, bcoz I love it and am addicted to it. If I can't pump iron, just shoot me. ;) :shoot5:

All that joking about the hamburgerhelper, but your pretty damn lean for your size at 235 i didnt realize you were that lean... whats your diet looking like nowadays?

Hey bro, nobody was joking about HH(Hamburger Helper) all those years - pasta in it for carbs & lean beef in it for protein. I kept them in business for at 10-15 years. :D

You don't remember me lean bcoz back then I was around 270-275 and bulking. Even so, I was around 12% bf. I'd guess now I'm maybe 8-10%. I have no idea, I just go by the mirror anyways. Basically nowdays I eat whatever meat looks the freshest at the market that day!lol Philippines is MUCH different dude, you should feel blessed that you can walk into a market there in the good 'ol US any given day & time and buy good-lookin' beef. I might get lucky enuff here to find any edible-looking beef once every 2 weeks or so. I've been here 7 months now, and the diet is usually chicken & rice. I think more than anything is that my time at the gym keeps me sane here, so I've been kicking it harder than I ever have. Also the gym is like a sauna - you're drenched completely after a workout. Its crazy and I think its played a role in getting leaner. :)
