keep in mind i havent been training hard lately just been going through alot of personal stuff plus my house catching fire lol but i plan to make these my before pics and in a couple months ill post some afters i guess...... feel free to comment and give me honest advice of which areas i need to improve so i can focus on them..... my biggest area i want to focus on is my stomach/waist it is really too big and huge and makes me look like poo poo lol.....
