Talking to their customer service is like talking to a brick wall. Absolutely fucking ridiculous.

One customer rep was raising his voice at me so I raised my voice. He refused to transfer me to his supervisor, would not give me his agent number or name, and when I said thats fine I am gonna record the conversation he hung up on me.

WTF. I m gonna stab someone

i got their phone for internet which sucked so returned it in 6 days within their 14 day trial period, and paid 35 for restocking.

Now they are sending me 80 dollar bill 36 for activation plus late fees, plus spending limit surcharge plus usage charge. I am ok paying usage charge but the rest is bull shit. I clearly asked if i owe anything before returning the phone and i was said i owe the restocking fee.
 
spent 5 hours on the phone and they wont even send me a bill said i have to wait till next cycle but i will be charged late fee if i wait till then
 
I never liked Sprint or MCI. Bad service...worse customer service!
 
all settled. lost more time than it was worth, but i am not paying what I dont owe. Ridiculous.
