SQUAT!!! is my god.
I love it and is the only exercise than I do for my legs.
If you have a particular routine for the legs I will like to know.

Squats are a great natural way to up your test levels. You release the most GH and test when you squat and deadlift.
My leg routine is:
4 sets leg extensions
4 sets machine squat presses
4 sets squats
4 sets leg curls
4 sets prone leg curls

sometimes i switch leg curls with stiff legged deads, but its pretty hard on the lower back to be doing deads, squats and leg presses all in the same day.

alternate 1st exercise: smith squats and leg extensions (4 sets)

leg curls, 4 sets

alternate weekly standing and seated calf raises (2 sets)

Throw in some leg presses, leg extensions and leg curls, as well as some stiff leg deadlifts.

I love suats they really hurt:buttkick: I also do leg presses, leg extensions and leg curls, stiff leg deadlifts and calf raises:D

I really enjoy squats......but I hate working legs.....but I still like squats.

Squats, SL deads, extensions, curls, hack squats..........

I LOVE leg day! :D

I'm doing a strengthtraining routine now and have two full body days a week. I only do squats on day one and stiff legged deads on day two for legs, and my quads are getting SO strong.
Squats are indispensable IMO.

5 sets 0f 5 --squats
3 sets of 10 -- front squats
