Started diet and DNP today 200mg

There it is. First dose today. I'm going to do 5 on 2 off at 200mg. I am also going very low to no carbs to avoid the heat and wasting my time.

I am 48 years old. 6.2 and 290lbs. I have a lot of weight to lose, an injured foot to rehab and another distal clavicle resection ahead of me. Losing weight isn't just a good idea. So here goes..

Day one

200mg
 
.....ran several cycle of DNP....up to 500mg a day. Lethargy and fatigue were killer but turns you into a blast furnace.
 
Stay at a low dose and realize it will take some time to see results, usually 7 to 10 days after you stop. No need to really cut out carbs, just don't over do it. Resist the urge o up your dose until you get comfortable with a dnp calculator and how it builds up in your body. I love dnp but its not something to screw around with.

Down 5 lbs. I cheated and weighed myself early. Hopefully, I'll be down a couple more with water shed this Friday.
 
In the past, I've gone very high on DNP and it was terrible. The results were amazing. I was 20 years younger and many people would be asking questions including my wife. I doubt I'll ever take it higher than 200 now with summer approaching.
 
I am only down to 284 right now but the last week I've been on vacation, so the diet hasn't been the best - along with beer. It's back on 100% starting Sunday night (3rd shift - sucks). So I'll be dropping weight pretty quickly.

I don't think I can take anymore than 200 because people will notice. I may include Clen and T3 at some point. Also just started TestE and a minor 250 every 5 days.
 
Plus more than 200mg just sucks! DNP is good at getting weight down to around 10%BF quickly but doesn’t seem to work well past that. I know a lot of guys that compete and they all say Clen and t3 to get below 10%. DNP is a waste at that point. I personally have no desire to get that thin so I love dnp. I do it same as you. Try not to eat any carbs. Vegetables if I do. Switch to diet soda and basically eat everything else I want. I have low appetite as it is. It’s a double edged sword. Off topic but I think people that don’t have that “I’m full switch” have ancestry that lived with parasites. I may or may not have smoked a little weed today. Haha
 
10% would be fucking excellent. Yeah, 200 ain't going to do much and without starving you are right on getting below that. I used to do real high with no AC because I was poor and stupid. I had veins in my abs at 230. Those days ain't coming back neither is the intense suffering. Holy fuck. Everyone knew there was something wrong with me. Not going to sell or pass today! I can full switch but I have far more comforts today and stuff that needs constant attention. Crazy how shit changes.
