Super sets in the a.m

So I've been doing super sets for the past 3 weeks causes I'm trying to lean out. When I lift like this it makes me sweat and become winded like I'm doing cardio. Since it feels like cardio should I do these first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to burn more fat or would this just be burning muslce?
 
IMO you lift to increase muscle and diet and cardio to lose fat. Your going to probably lose a good deal of mass and strength training this way.
 
There are prep guys out there who hve clients workout small muscle groups on a fasted stomach first thing in the morning. However I find when dieting the more I lift to burn cals the flatter and tireder my muscles look. Your mileage may vary.

Wouldn't taking in more essential fats help out with that?
Im kinda in a grey area with this.
