It isn't too complicated guys. Lot's of things come and go. This stuff is staying. This should always be in your diet. Well, the ECA stack is questionable depending on your goals etc. But dont get too hung up on supplement hype. HARD WORK IS EVERYTHING. Companies want to convince you that with their product THEN and ONLY THEN you will achieve your dreams. Save your money. Be smart. Train hard. Eat smart. Add this list to your regimine if you havent already.
 
Agreed. Most of those I use on a regular basis, glutamine being an exception. Given the all mighty green$$$, all would be recommended..
