I didn't really knwo what section to put this in! The journey features Frank McGrath, Newfoundland's firt pro bodybuilder. Frank was the guest poser at my first show- he's HUGE, and a really nice guy. He placed 12th in his first pro show, and has been siad to have the best forearms in the BB world!! You should see 'em- wow!! Anyway, here's a pic of me with him, and the link to "The Journey"

Frank's a big boy! His forearms are 19" !!! Here's a few more pics. None of them do him any justice- you gotta see him in person.

The other guy is my very good friend, Mike. That was taken at my first show- he won overall.
