I’ll be 47 next month bro. I’m just maintaining too. I mean I lift to grow but I don’t push the drugs anymore. At least for now. You never know, I could get a wild hair up my ass. It’s known to happen. Lol. Looking really good man! What are your stats right now. Weight/Height. Didn’t you mentioning some recent health issues or am I thinking of someone else? If so are you back to where you were pre illness?

In October my entire life half body, face, everything went pins and needles...I woke up next morning assuming a stroke...at hospital blood pressure spiked 214/108 and cholesterol 208/12...cardiologist said mildly weak heart and nothing conclusions on anything major...neurologist said some neck/spine degeneration but no bulging disks and nothing pinched...I'm still pins and needles today left side head to toe...I cut BP meds and cholesterol meds made me feel like shit...started eating better, cut cocaine in my diet to minimal, and doing cardio 3-4 times a week in addition to mentzner heavy duty hit lifting and and BP is average 130/65 now no big pharma drugs poisoning me...just moderate on gear now too


I have small feet 7wide...tbe Mexicans take the display shoe and piss me off cause I gotta order mine then
