Lately I have been doing more maintenance workouts due to a lack of time. This year I have been on a constant state of bulking diet/routine...I was able to put on 25 lbs. Right now I am in a transitional state. I just tweaked the diet a bit and so far in the last few weeks have lost 8-10 lbs. My weight peaked at 236 and now I am hovering around 225. I would like to get back down to the 205-210 range. It will happen in due time. The diet is the key...
