when I'm peeing, it seems like my pee and fart are playing tug of war and usually pee wins, then my urge to fart continues and it feels like it's gonna be a wet one if i let one out. if the fart wins then i feel good and pee come out normal. occationally both pee and fart come out at the same time and when it does, it's the most foul smelling gas matter i ever smelled. now I'm not trolling like that craig Titus anal ....ed my GF guy, but it seems like some of my pee is trapped in where my stool should be and my body is trying to either urinate or deficate causing my little dillema here. does that make sense? can fluid in feces(large intestine) be filtered back into the system and become a urine?
Gotgame or Glycoman?

Gotta lay off that Nitro-Tech buddy! :p

Hit VJ up - he's a doc & can probably shed some light. :)

Prostate issues? Symptoms are not like a normal prostate problem though. Maybe too many protein shakes.

If you wait until you feel like shating, pissing and squirting a load all at once then
I'm pretty use the urologist will find something. My guess is your prostate is the size of a pineapple.

From what I'm interpreting from your post is this is not a prostate issue but rather a gastroenterology issue. It may also (or solely) be a neuromuscular issue as well.

Whether or not your prostate is inflamed or hypertrophied (or even a related factor) remains to be seen but that is not to say you may not have a secondary issue you incidentally discover through testing.

That said, you need to see Gastroenterologist.

He may refer you to a Urologist to evaluate your Prostate if he feels it's related but chances are he will run comprehensive lab work which will include a PSA which doesn't tell you "everything" but is a good starting point for a working diagnosis when Prostate pathology is a concern.

Although I don't suspect anything serious going on here; but again - there is an outside chance this could be a neurological issue as well.
