what do you all think about this case? I personally think that the Gov shouldn't have gotten involved. There are thousands of people whom are take off life support, what makes this case so special? Media attention probably. I say let her go, shes been in that state for years. She is obvioulsy not going to get better...

I agree when congress was called together over the weekend to meet and decide the fate of this lady who has been mentally brain dead for 15 years I was appalled. Why can't our government work this hard or this fast for education, to put child molesters behind bars, to reduce crime or anything else deserving the governments time and input. Let her go she's been dead for a long time now we just need to put her to rest.

she should be put out of her misery i know i would......shes just a shell of her former self and the family is being selfish..

I think they should throw her ass off a big canyon, she won't feel anything...........................

J/K :)

I would want to die if I was in her shoes but I ultimatly believe it is up to the family to decide.

I will tell you this much. I really think that her husband poisoned her. I could be wrong but this seemingly healthy woman at the age of 26 years old just all of a sudden collapses due to a potassium imbalance which causes her heart to stop temporarily. This in turns causes lack of oxygen to her brain and that is why she is in her consistent vegative state.

After her eventually death, her husband wants her cremated which Terry's parents are against because they claim that Terry was a praticing Catholic.

Definitely seems like this is a perfect plot for an upcoming Law and Order Episode.

I don't think the husband did it. However I do think it should be her decision. This is why you always have a will and power of attorney. I have had one ever since I came in the military. My wife will make the decisions. Not my parents.

Here is a example of things just happening, we had a guy in my PJ unit when I first came in. 28 run 6 miles in 42 minutes 4000meter swims no problem etc. One day in the office on a down day, he just went to sleeep and didn't wak up. It can happen to anyone without being poisoned.

Didn't she have an eating dis-order?

she had an eating disorder and began taking diet pills, the overdose of diet pills fucked around with the potassium inbalence, and caused this. I beleive that its up to the husband, and that Jeb, and Congress were both wrong for ever having gotten involved.

Then shoots up everyone because no one paid much attention to him.

Its the man out to prove that they are never wrong. ha, classic case of our history. May god take away her pain and comfort her.

Rest In Peace, Terry!!
