Dangit....i cant talk myself in2 tryin 405lbs on bench.....i did 365lbs 2 times at the end of my workout (after 12 sets) So im pretty positive i can do it once fresh...But it looks intimadating as shi*.......screw it...i just got some cheque tabs and im gonna try it in 5 days when i do chest again....Any tips?? lol
 
yea about the first pics being blurry...its hard 2 flex and take a pic at the same time! lol....i think the blurry pics make me look bigger for some reason

Just get pumped. I bought some cheque drops but haven't used them. Keep your muscles stretched and warm. I remember my first attempt at 405 and then i got it for 2. Once you're on your back, under the weight, staring at the iron, all fears go away. That was about 4 months ago. I'm up to 465 now @ 195 lbs, raw. Do heavy sets of lockouts to prepare
 
Its a WRAP..i did 405 clean and pretty as fu** even stopped on my chest for a lil second...thanx for all the support guys..means alot!
 
good job kid. Next step go for 420. I gained so much strength during that phase of my bench routine. Within 2 weeks after i get 405 X 2 for the first time, I then got 425 easy. That was 4months ago and I'm up to 465-470! Low reps and tons of rack work bro. SERIOUSLY. if you don't, then try it. Wraps, chains, bands all that shit helps. Good luck bro
 
Actally in those pictures, your body is almost identical to my liftin buddies, same loook, same smoothness, everything even the shape of the definition. Not being gay, but the first pictures I thought was a pic from him that he put on here. Lookin solid
 
Thanx man .......Lol yea the pre cycle pics kinda piss me off........i dont know if it was the shadows or the blurryness but i think i look bigger in the first pics 34lbs prior 2 what im sittin at now..GRRRRRRRRRRR
