Dextrose and maltodextrin is good post workout but actually any fast acting carb works just as good, gatorade or a pop tart is fine.

Pop Tarts!? I can eat those? So do I eat one or two of them puppies AND the gatorade as well?
 
good post.

i like keto.......sometimes.......i always eat a lot of bacon on it. and i always feel a lot better when its over.

i could save the bacon for bulking though. man i love bacon
