well i found this site from a signiture of a member from one of the sites that link to my site,im phil 33 6`3 230lbs and bulkin some more :headbange i own the UK site which has only been online for some 6 weeks,if admin would like to join the meny sites i have linked to then id be happy to post your banners,just giz a shout and we can sort it out.by the way i do like the lay out here and the site banners real nice
