End of number 3:( sad it's over. Started a year ago at 150, 190 as of yesterday. Biceps, lats and rear delts need more work, anything other than the obvious?Let me know what you think, NTG

I will try to get some pics of me at 150 you'll think I was a cancer patient or something. Got over weight right out of HS then lost way too much and had to climb back up to "good weight".Thanks DADAWG, NTG.

I would like to start doing competitions but need to fix some areas and add some weight. I would like to get to 200lbs and re-evalute size and sym. and go from there. I'm 5'8 25 and have been lifting on and off for about five years, this last strech is a little over a year, starting at about 150 give or take. Any sugestions or other info I'd love to hear.
