The most useless excercise???

Time in and time out in the gym you see these people do the dumbest things, but what about excercises out there that are not important for you?

For me its decline bench, no range of motion that will stretch the pec... I have NO use for them.

What about you guys? excercises that just dont cut it?
 
Hmmmmm, I'm gonna have to think about this one. I do declines, just not that much.
 
Probably forearm curls....You either got big forearms or you dont.....Or those lat pullover machines(dont know what you would call them) never did anything for me and very awkward feeling. My delts press against the side of my neck and I dang near pass out when trying those...
 
Decline bench is the most worthless exercise I've tried; incline is one of the best.

Tricep kickbacks are about as useless.

I love forearm curls and my forearms grew considerably doing them. You have to do a lot more volume on forearms and calves to make them grow.
 
tricep kickbacks .

ive hadd some luck doing declines , especially close grip with heavy weight.
 
Leg extensions

Forearm curls do work but heavy supported wrist roller is a great addition to them. I'm not much for decline bench, incline and flat work for me.
 
Everything works, but nothing works forever...and I'll leave it at that!
 
Abductor/Adductor Machines- I have no use for them

Also the Abs machine- fucking useless and feels awkward as shit.
