One of my all time heroes! Just last Saturday evening, when my daughter asked me what the word "myth" meant, I pulled up a whole bunch of stuff on Sergio Oliva. She had never heard of him before, but agreed he was right up there with Arnold. Those are my 2 favorites, with lots of others coming in second third etc.

Important to remember that back in the sixties, they only had a few of the steroids that modern pros have access to...D-Bol and Primo was it, but Sergio claimed he lost so much water weight working all day in a sweltering iron foundry that he could eat and drink any kind of junk food and pop and never get fat. He could clean and jerk 400 lbs and Arthur Jones claimed he was far and away the strongest bodybuilder he had ever encountered.

R.I.P. Sergio!
