One of the best USA's in history. Homies looking sick. Curry looks like a Pro already but his lower body lacks a bit . Liberatore looking sick as always. Branden Ray's got semi shredded glutes. My boy from Ft; Lauderdale Mark Alvisi came ready to fight as well. Big Sean dissapointed as usual even he won 2 straight show prior to this one.

Baldy, nice back avi..however i'd suggest you lower your weight a bit ( not super light) and feel your back more during your sets. If there is a bodypart in which muscle-mind connection comes to play is during back exercises.Your rep tempo should be moderate not slow but niether fast, keep the tension on your back at all times and SQUEEZE ,NIGGA ,SQUEEZE ..U' ll be amazed at the details..also during any back exercise stretch ass much on the negative but never relax your biceps , keep the tension there..hard to explain on paper.

thanks man... i still need alot of work man..its hard being natty and former fat ass... i will get there one day
 
Bubba, if/when you are able to get good at chins, you back will improve greatly...speaking from experience....IMO, no better exercise for the back.
 
..Meateater owns like 3 pairs of these and wears them out in public all the time..true story
