Tired? Don't feel like training?
Some of my best workouts were done "just to get it in" when I was tired and decided to go for it anyway.
That's what happened last night.
Been run down for a few days, lot's on my mind.
Anybody else going through this?
Yeah, I thought so.

I decided yesterday to go in, hit back/biceps real easy-like, then split, but here's what I did.
EX 1) T-bar row (old school)
I just grabbed the bar with interlocking fingers and used 25's and ten's only to get a fuller stretch.
I started with 2-25lb plates for 10 reps, but it felt good so I added weight for 5 more sets and went back down for 5 sets.
I did 11 sets of 10 reps.
What an effing pump. Goggley eyes all over the place, so I knew I was on to something.

EX 2) Seated dumbbell curls for 12x10.
Started with 55's, went down the rack to 35's, then finished the last 7 sets with 40's. Very nice and smooth with just a little cheat to get momentum, squeezed at the top.

EX 3) Super set
Wide-grip front lat pulldowns. 6x8 with 150
Super-Setted with bent-over concentration curls 6x5 with 35

Wow, what a pump...swell city.

Was thinking about what P.Bateman wrote about "training smart," so I have been mixing refined concentration moves with loose heavy weight pulls lately. I'm liking it!

Try this workout for a quick, easy pump.
You will not be disappointed.
